Delete your Zuri GameX account
Users can request deletion of their Zuri GameX account and associated GameX data. Email us at support@zurispeedmath.com to start the request.
What to include
Include the email address used for your Zuri GameX account.
We may need to verify account ownership before completing deletion.
What deletion covers
Deletion requests include account profile data and associated GameX app data, except data we must retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or regulatory reasons.
Google Play subscriptions
If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions as well. Account deletion does not automatically cancel billing managed by Google Play.
